You are Mark, a young man who goes to the doctor and find out that urgently needs a heart operation. You get the surgery room and begin procedures, suddenly everything goes dark and you go out. Upon waking, you find out that something is wrong and you find yourself in the same hospital, but the marks of blood and violence go through for every room. What happened to everyone? I'm in the real world?
